Once confirmation of enrollment has been received, Drive Master Academy will email the student a link to access the online learning BDE course.

No, the online learning BDE course will not expire. Students may complete the course at their own pace. However, students must complete the course within 1 year of enrollment in order to meet MTO requirements for reduced auto insurance.

DMA does not offer an in-class BDE course. Our course is only offered online.

Students must notify their instructor of any schedule changes at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. The first instance in which a student fails to do so will result in a warning and rescheduling of the lesson. The second instance will result in the missed lesson being documented as a completed lesson and will be deducted from the student’s package. The student will also b required to pay a $55 fee to the instructor.

Refunds may be issued up to 3 business days after initial purchase of a package. After this point, all purchases are considered final sale. However, Drive Master Academy does reserve the right to issue refunds at company discretion.

If a road test is included in their chosen package, students have the option to book their road test in most drive test centres of their choosing. Booking road tests at an alternative drive test centre will require an additional fee to be paid to the instructor.
